Title: National Poultry Sales Manager - Layer
Location: Mid-West or East Coast

Sedona AG Services is partnering with a value added feed ingredient company in their search for a National Poultry Sales Manager - Layer. Responsibilities consist of developing and maintaining sales and technical support with poultry producers, veterinarians, and nutritionists.  The National Poultry Sales Manager - Layer will maintain relationships with existing customers and secure new customers by using solution-based selling skills and technical knowledge. This person reports back to the Animal Health Team improvements required and critical market information that impacts the sales territory.
What you will be doing: National Poultry Sales Manager - Layer

Sell company products and present technical information to prospect and current clients
Identify ways to improve performance and profitability of farm by implementation of products
Manage territory goals by prospecting, following up, and maintaining clients
Conduct customer field research studies
Analyze trial data and authoring technical sales presentations and reports
Provide the Technical Services Manager key insights and help in the design of University poultry research trials
Attend seminars, tradeshows, and exhibitions to educated and network
Follow up on late payments for accounts

Qualification: National Poultry Sales Manager - Layer

3 years or greater of poultry sales experience ins the layer market
Layer management and production experience 
Bachelor’s Degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, or Ag related field preferred
Ability to travel 75% of the time
