The Vaccine Services Representative provides valued customer service to poultry vaccine customers by delivering services, equipment, and expertise in the U.S. to meet financial and business objectives as identified with our customers and the Poultry Business Unit.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Agronomic Sales and consulting
Education: Minimum of an agriculture related Associate Degree. Bachelors Degree preferred.
Experience: 1-3 Years of job related experience necessary.
Skills & Abilities:
Verbal and written communication skills; persuasion; active listening; basic PC skills including Microsoft Office software applications; time management; ability to “read” the customer (social perceptiveness); ability to read and understand product guides and analysis; ability to deal calmly and effectively with high stress situations; ability to create and maintain effective relationships with customers and team members; mathematic capability including algebraic and geometric applications; ability to drive a truck with trailer in tow; and mechanical aptitude.

Independent Agriculture retailer in Central Michigan looking to fill an Agronomy Sales position. An ideal candidate will build on existing and develop new producer and community relationships. Create and recommend specific agronomy programs to targeted accounts with the goal of increasing agronomy business. Candidate will promote the proper use of seed, crop protection products, plant food and other services offered. Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Will also assist with inventory management, daily operations, product deliveries and customer service. The crops focus will be corn, soybeans, wheat and alfalfa.
